    I'll be there in the GA! First PJ show in Charlotte (my hometown) that I've been able to attend since 1996! CAN'T WAIT!

    For those in or around Charlotte, any thoughts on the Blake Hotel? It's $112/night if you pre-purchase and that's better than most of the places I'm seeing within walking distance. Reviews seem mixed, though.

    Got GA for Charlottesville and my buddy got GA Charlotte! Two nights in a row in GA, can't wait! Just a 10 min walk to the train and 3 stops away from the arena! Shortest distance I've ever had to travel to see the band! Starting early that weds as soon as we get back from Charlottesville! Who's in??? See everyone soon!

    I'm in....Wanted GA but got Reserved.....Booked the Omni the day tour was announced....Priceline.

    Moved to the South 5 years ago...Seen some Epic Shows from all over including PJ20 at Alpine.

    Booked a room at the Hyatt House, which looks to be right there at the arena. A little pricey, but I don't mind that I'll be within stumbling distance to the hotel!

    Booked over at the Hampton Inn-Uptown. Just a few blocks from the venue. Now if a local can recommend the best watering holes in walking distance that would be great.

    Last time I was there it was for a 2009 Springsteen show and a bunch of us tailgated in a parking lot.

    Excited to say that I will be attending both the Charlotte and Virginia shows with reserved seats. I'm looking forward to Charlotte the most though... I heard my first Pearl Jam show live from the top of my parents' car outside Charlotte's Memorial Stadium in 1996 when I was 12, so Charlotte and Pearl Jam are forever linked for me. I've seen PJ in Charlotte twice since then, in 2000 and 2003, and both were great shows with great crowds. October's show will be the first time I'll see them play Charlotte at an indoor venue. I've seen many other bands at Time Warner Cable arena and they've all been awesome shows. Can't wait!!! :)
