I was thinking the same thing earlier... the 4 workdays between Buffalo and Brooklyn are going to be a complete waste! haha

Yep, have 6 loooong drives to do work during. Normally I don't work well on the bus, but this time we may have to make exceptions!

    NY pizza is over rated!
But getting better with some of the new neapolitan places. Probably wouldnt impress you. You need to drive to new haven to be impressed with east coast pizza.

Whatever you do dont eat the 99cent pizza!

Luger's is worth the trip alone. Old room, lopsided tables, cash only, gruff waiters. A true NYC experience.
Go for it and thank me at the pre-party.

you could get on one of the boat tours to see the Statue of Liberty as well as the rest of the downtown skyline. Check out NY Water taxi or NY Waterways.

if you have enough time and the weather's right, walking over the Brooklyn Bridge (from Brooklyn to the city) is worth doing. There are little stopping points along the way so people don't clog the walkway. It's pretty nice.

Just booked our hotel 1/2 mile from the Barclays for night 2. . . . pretty excited for this show.

Question for any locals on the board, does anyone have an idea how much a cab from Brooklyn to the Upper East side might be? I have a cousin who owns a couple of pubs in the 300 block of East 91st, and am trying to figure out if an after concert visit is realistic.

Of course, if there's a 10c after party near the Barclays, that would suffice!
