Just booked a room for the show.

Priceline accepted my offer of $80 ($100 total after fees) for 1 evening at the Ramada Plaza.

    Not too shabby.

So, who else will be going with minors? I will be bringing my 11 year old son so attending the preparty is out. Hanging out in bars after the show is also out. Just wondering where the PG-rated gatherings will be. I want to hang with my jamily but don't want to leave my son behind. Suggestions?

If you're willing to drive into Hartford, check some hotels in Farmington, west Hartford and Manchester.

    Farmington has

    Hampton inn
    Marriott
One of those extended stay places
Also think there's a courtyard by Marriott.

There's a holiday inn express in Newington

Hotels are close to the highway and about 15 minutes away from the venue.

I know sometimes it's hard for people to book so early, but as soon as I won the hartford lottery. I called the trip advisor that night back in July and locked in my $159.00 smoking room rate. It's seems like every hotel in the area in filling up and the ones further away are overcharging.

I knew we would go and had a Philly hotel plus the Hilton in Hartford booked the day the tour announcement was made... We got good rates and plenty of rooms available... Glad we did it then!

I've never gotten totally drunk before a pj show and plan to for Hartford... Can't wait!!

    40 days to go!
