    I just booked the Ramada Plaza as a Priceline express deal. $63 and it is within walking distance of the XL center, about a quarter of a mile.

    See you all in Hartford.

    I put in for Hartford first and Worcester second and I got Hartford, so I am very happy. I joined the club in 1997 so I should have pretty good seats. GA wasn't an option for me as I have several health issues and I can't stand for 3 hours straight. The last show they played in Hartford I had to buy my tix on EBay because I got shut out of the 10 Club tickets for the first time so the lottery was good for me.

    I hope to see you all there in October and I know we will have a great time.

    I had the same results as you, so I'll be trying ticketmaster for Worcester. Just realized that I have NEVER bought PJ tix via ticketmaster. Pre-fan club shows (2003-2004) were bought thru e-bay. I had great luck w/ 10c tix for 2006, 2008 & 2010 through the old method. Really glad I dont have to fight the masses for the Hartford tix on Ticketmaster... Hoping Worcester will be a little easier.

    After seeing all the AMAZING Wrigley gear....Im hoping They have some sweet stuff for hartford!
    I know Wrigley is a much bigger deal that Hartford....but the band LOVES hartford!
    The Poster for the 2010 was great & hoping for a repeat on that in Oct! It better be better than the EV Bushnell poster...wasnt crazy about that 1!

    The Black Bear Saloon was in 2010, but I havent heard anything about this time around quite yet. I am staying at the hilton which is the closest to the arena but HIEx is closest to the bar. I stayed at the Hilton in '10, it was nice then. A HIex is an ok at best hotel by its nature, but I can't tell you anything you can't google about that specific one.

    So, in 2010 my friends from MA stayed at the Hilton. We drove into town and met them. Parked in the garage, proceed to the hotel lobby with our cooler to go pre-game up in the room for a bit. We got stopped by the hotel staff. No coolers allowed. RUFKM?!?!? They didnt even care that the people staying in the room claimed it was theres to stay with them in their room for their 2 night stay. They turned us around, sent us back down the elevator with our tails between our legs to put the cooler back in the car. All the girls stuffed their purses with beer and had to make a few trips back down to the cooler to refuel.

    So, unless they changed their rules, you may want to disguise your coolers :lol:

    You should have said you worked for an organ transplant delivery service and there was a human heart or kidney (actually liver may have been most apropos) in the cooler and you were instructed to meet someone at the hotel for transfer to the nest leg of the delivery journey.
