    Unbelievably shocking news...
    Sad for his family...
37 = jumped on the map as Tony Soprano
51 = dead of a massive heart attack
    Jeez
Hug your loved ones and make sure the ones you cherish know it. Life is too damn short for petty bickering, resentments and silly grudges.
    His poor family...
    So sad
RIP Jimmy, thanks for providing one of the greatest and most iconoclastic tv characters in history.
Wow...hopefully he is sailing the Stugots in the sky...

Never got into the Sopranos. Just heard the news, first thing I thought of was heart issue.
And so you see, I have come to doubt

Very sad news but unfortunately all you have to do is look at the size of the man and... well it was in the post. A great actor who will be sadly missed.

what the hell! No doubt a legend. Appeared in one of the greatest tv shows of all time. Changed tv forever. The reason we have Mad Men, Six Feet Under, BB and the like is because his character and that show were so damn realistic

Famous or not, yet another person joining the league of "too fucking young".

I really appreciated his work on the Sops and feeling for his family.

Yeah I never really followed that series either but I have seen him in other things and thought he was a very good actor. Sad to hear :(

Its funny because from what ive seen he was complete opposite of Tony, and he often played really hard edged characters. Saw him on Inside the Actors Studio and just seemed like a genuinely nice guy

    I second this suggestion.

Might just go through the series again.

Great actor: hotel scene in True Romance was a classic.

Agreed. First thing I saw him in.

I've been wanting to watch "The Sopranos" for such a long time and I still haven't.

True Romance baby!! Best movie of all time.. I remember when Sopranos came out and I was like "that is the dude that got dealt with by Alabama!!"

Sad loss, as most all are.. 51 is just way to young. RIP sir, hearts are aching all over for you tonight..
