Most chicks I know can dress up real nice when they need to. Most don't wear heels that often...yet they have 450 pairs of heels in the closet.

I don't need heels to dress up and look good. Hell, I'm dressed rather good today and I'm wearing flats.

Some women go to the extreme and buy shoes they will never wear. I think in those cases they buy just to buy and out impress other women in their life. But there are some that buy the necessary ones and that's it.

yeah, it's great to have a few pairs of heels to wear every now and than, for special occasion, but flats can make awesome outfits too. some of the biggest fashion icons wore mostly flats
