Then I overheard her complaining to the guy she was with that she hates when guys gawk at her. This outfit was screaming "I want attention."

i get that you don't want to wear heels walking/commuting to work, but you look ridiculous wearing new balances with a skirt. throw on a pair of flip flops or something.
