    I emailed 2 weeks ago about not receiving it yet. So they sent me out a replacement and I got it yesterday.

    Does anybody know what the wait time for a reply from 10Club is? I emailed them last friday about my single not arriving and they haven't replied. They told me two months ago to wait a few more weeks.

    I don't want to sound whiny, I just want what I paid for, and i'm concerned i'm not going to get it at all.

    I emailed them 4weeks ago about my Deep mag and vinyl got a reply pretty quick, i only mailed them because i had an email saying my goods were in the process of being dispatched(i hadn't ordered anything so could only be my yearly goods).
    I know their always late coming but come on i've still not received it.
    If i was ever the problem, i'd certainly never admit it...

    seems the case that no one has received one from the first batch sent?

    perhaps each member must email for a replacement?

    Would be great to hear something official about this delay - yeah, I know they are busy with tour/single announcement, but this membership fee has to be worth something, right? :lol:

    I emailed them about this also about a week ago. I got a reply overnight and they have sent out replacements which is awesome! They haven't turned up as yet though!

    I know it usually takes about a month for it to arrive but I haven't seen hide nor hair of mine. :(
