EV Philly 2011-public sale, and sold out very quickly. For many days after I was thinking how incredibly lucky I was to get those tickets!!! ( and what a show that turned out to be!! )
I wasn't in the 10club raffle for Pj20 but I bought a ticket that day for $20 outside... Did people actually not get tickets? :? Seemed like there were tons available.
The Jim James solo show at Johnny Brenda's a few months back. That place held like 150 people.
I won tickets on my local radio station to the last show with Dave A. Paramount theater, April 17, 1994. It was a show they added on after their SNL appearance. Awesome, awesome show! Also, Wrigely 2013
houe of blues orlando, florida 2003. I think only 1500 people were there. Somehow I was the 92nd caller and I won free airfare/hotel and tickets to the show. I'm pretty sure the only way you could get tickets was through the radio.
March or April of 1992- 120 Minutes Concert at Cabaret Metro featuring Blind Melon, Live, Big Audio Dynamite II and Public Image Limited. I was 14. I lost my swatch in the mosh pit.
8/29/1992- Lollapalooza Alpine Valley- I was still only 14.
7-9-2011 Eddie Vedder at the Wiltern. My friend and I got miracled in. Missed the first few songs- but it was awesome. I also met Maxx242 and he signed my poster that night.
I lived in Seattle from 1995-2006. Wish I'd been paying more attention to Pearl Jam- there are soooo many shows I could've tried for.. If i only knew then what i know now.
Wrigley 7/19/13- Hometown show for me too. Although I was raised by a sox fan- 99 days to go!

June 27, 1998 at Alpine Valley, my first Pearl Jam show. Not because it was legendary or that tickets were hard to come by, but because I didn't even think about going until the day of the show and I can't imagine what my life would be like today if I didn't get that ticket.
WOW! There are some amazing shows y'all have been very fortunate to see!
So cool. I'm stoked, surprised and feel lucky as hell that I'm going to Wrigley on a ticket a fellow 10c'er sold me at face just last month. I never thought I'd get to go and now...well I just can't fraking WAIT for the experience of a lifetime!

don't remember the date, but I got 2 free tickets with my Rolling Stone Argentina suscription for the Sonic Youth first concert ever in Buenos Aires, back in 2000, best show ever until I saw Pearl Jam...
... I am not in the business of being liked anymore ...
Not sure about "cant believe i got tix" but more of a "most thankful for"

Chris Cornell Sandy Benefit show at the Bowery Ballroom, 11/12/12 (500 person venue)
Soundgarden at Irving Plaza the next night, 11/13/12 (1,000 person venue)
All the stars just aligned! I was in Austin for the EV shows, saw that tickets for the Sandy Benefit were going on sale, somehow scored a ticket on the LiveNation app on my phone on 3G while eating lunch in Austin. The show took awhile to get going, but when they started soundchecking the drums and bringing out more guitars, we knew there were going to be special guests
Still high from the Bowery show the next day, I was determined to score a ticket to the Irving Plaza show but was fast losing hope, it had sold out right when tickets went on sale, and prices on StubHub were going in the wrong direction. At some point in the afternoon somehow I grabbed a ticket from TM.
Best 5-night run of music EVER! Would have been 6 if I made it to RNDM on 11/8 but I guess life isn't perfect I will be talking about that extended weekend for years, I know some of you have already seen me post this on other threads. Sorry!
"Book Of Morman" when it hit the DCO last year. Was also lucky to score Missoula tix for PJ on the GrizzTix website. Thought I was SOL after losing out in the 10C lottery.

Dec 6, 2002 the Showbox Seattle! Unbelievable experience! I literally felt like I was at my buddies' band's gig.
Then they put it on a fuckin DVD, then I got first row at key arena the next night, then they put my picture on the fuckin pj20 book!
That was pretty lucky huh?
Awesome evenings!
