To me nothing is more annoying on THIS SITE is when people come here with the intent of making money. This was once a place where people would help other members like myself that refreshed for 2 hours only to get the print in their cart an then get timed out. Have fun spending your tainted earnings. Someone will buy this.
Which site were you on that you were refreshing for 2 hours???
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

I think all of the bitching about this thread is crazy. Seller, I hope you sell it to someone and it makes someone happy. If both parties are happy, that is all that matters. Good luck op.

Exactly. Everybody stop bitching because it makes you look silly. The guy has something that people want... Doesn't matter what somebody else thinks if someone buys it. Who cares.

It's not exactly like that. I told in my previous post that this is a good price compared to the prices on ebay just after the poster was sold out. But...this poster was for sale just 2 weeks ago. Why someone would buy this limited item and just sell it after less than 15 days for almost double price? I was trying in front of my PC refreshing just to get refunded the other day due to over sale. And the next minute ebay was full of this poster. Yes it's his item, yes he can do whatever he wants with it but I say this is not the right place to do it. It's just the way I feel.

I feel you on that. But $110 after shipping cost, so if you sell for $160 shipped and insured you are getting $150 at best so is it really worth to buy and resell for $40. Idk the answer... Just clarifying that anyone selling at this price isn't getting near double.

very true and let me clarify first that i really dont care about the next bit too much....

but many will argue that folk bought this poster on the hope and anticipation that it would be a profitable one like the Billboard. That hasnt worked out so people are offloading it for what seems a 'fair' price...because they really have no option.

This is all the product of the capitalist society we live in, whether it should apply to a friendly community like lost dogs is another argument, and a very long one no doubt. Let me add, one that folk will never agree on either.

I would simply add what many say above, good luck to the guy selling his print.

i have bought and traded in this community did i over pay for somethings yes. Am i upset that someone made money off of my purchase of course not. It is up to the individual who is buying or selling the item to determine if they feel its a fair price. This only becomes an issue when there is a high demand for items that people want. I want a sealed benny but im not gonna attack someone who is selling one for $1500 when they probably only paid the original price for it.
Ps glad to see it sold members helping members!!

If you are the buyer enjoy it man. Previous post is not for you. I just try to understand why it's not allowed to have ebay links when Lost Dogs is becoming one...

So much for this place being helping out other members.

I'll give you $90 plus shipping, the price it was last week!!!!

That would be a good price.
How is this not considered flipping? The poster was on sale like 2 weeks ago?

I was contacted by Maxx242's shop after being told that my order was refunded/oversold for a second opportunity to purchase the poster, which I did. After paying $90 for the poster, $28.95 for postage, import/duty charges & handling fee from Canada Post, with the exchange rate the poster actually cost me $145. If someone was interested in purchasing the poster from me now at cost I'd be more than happy to do so,...but for my actual cost of $145 plus actual Canada Post postage of $25 to the States? Or the $90 charged by the artist plus actual postage?

    It's all relative.

Good point, never thought how a $90 item can increase in cost without really increasing in cost. :)

It's simple economics. When something sells out and there is still a demand, the price increases. Call it flipping if u want but this seller is not making a big profit whatsoever. The poster was 100 after shipping. And PayPal will take a few bucks. I don't think the seller is trying to clean up at all. More people should post reasonable prices like this in the future. Cheers to all fellow PJAMMERS!!!

Just received this poster, and It's really amazing. Great guy to deal with.

For everyone who was concerned that he was "Flipping" the poster, by my estimate he may have made $1. I definitely would deal with this member again
