Nice choices today. Are you on Discogs? I would like to see your collection. Seems to be very nice.

Thanks. I just recently joined Discogs. I am still working on adding all of my collection. I don't have a big collection, but it is still taking a ton of time to find the right versions. I think it took over 30 minutes yesterday to find the correct version of the Who's Quick One/Sell Out. I am adding a few at a time. So, still a bunch to go. Once I get them all on there, I will let you know.

Cool, Discogs is such a nice site. Once you have them all logged, you know exactly what you have and median value of your collection.

Those two and Melodiya, Turn it Up Records & HiFi, Recordland, and That Old Retro Records.

I got Boggy Depot off Jerry Cantrell’s website last year (I read that more will be available in a few months, I believe you can pre-order) and I’ve bought some harder to find ones off Discogs and others over the years. I’ve even found a few hard to find items on Facebook Marketplace.  I also hit the Farmer’s Market off Blackfoot Trail once in a while, but I’ve avoided it when the pandemic hazards are higher... just so little room in those places.

Gerry at Turn it Up travels to the States often and always ends up with a whack of records to sell.  You can barter with him, trade wax. Helluva guy.

Good to know. Thanks for the info.

I live in Calgary and have never even heard of That Old Retro.

No problem! Old Retro is in Inglewood. They are mostly used records but they are startling to bring in more new stuff. Grabbed a King’s X RE I was looking for the other day.

Last night, after a truly crappy day at work, it was time to drink beer and listen to these two loud on the turntable.
