How is this? I waffled on it but didn't pull the trigger.  Is it good quality? The set is great.
I was eyeballing that as well....
I read after that it was Chris Bellman master,  so I'm guessing amazing.
The pressing sounds fantastic; the band so-so.

Are they not on their game or are you generally not a fan? I love deja vu.

I love The Byrds, CSNY, CSN, Buffalo Springfield, etc., but you can almost hear the band's tension in these recordings. It's both a driving force and a stumbling block. Love it!

NICE! Is that the 2015 pressing? If so, how does it sound? I only have the 2009 crappy United pressing.

Yes, this is the 2015.  It's this one...  https://www.discogs.com/John-Coltrane-A-Love-Supreme/release/8268956

Sadly, I cannot recommend it.  The mastering is excellent, the sound is open, clean, and the instruments sound lovely.  Unfortunately it is afflicted with a left channel distortion on the second side and fairly pervasive.  If you read the comments in the listing, someone mentions that this exists on pressings before 2003, and on this one as well.  He's right.  I would really love the KG/Analogue productions one, but it's like 200 bucks.

Thanks for letting me know the 2009 was no good.  What's the issue?

^^^black sabbath is the best^^^ that cover is funny. Although I'd be scared if that guy chased me. Sabbath bloody sabbath & black sabbath are prob there most evil lp covers. Sabotage is wild.
