100% agree on the AIC.  The MOV is the way to go.

For the Nirvana, I think you have options that are not as pricey as the red vinyl.  This version has the same runout as the red vinyl  https://www.discogs.com/Nirvana-MTV-Unplugged-In-New-York/release/6553015  It's the one I have and I can attest that it's excellent.  I'm 99% sure it's the same version and you can get it at retail or less.

You can also get the same version, (pressed by RTI, production at Pallas) from Target today, in purple.  https://www.discogs.com/Nirvana-MTV-Unplugged-In-New-York/release/14284559  All the runouts are the same.  The only disadvantage is that this is 150 gram whereas the other two are 180.  But obviously pretty easy to walk into a Target at buy it, and if you don't like it, return it.

Target has done a really good job of getting well mastered records to send back to press.  And they tend to use RTI.  I have purchased a few from them and they have been good so far.

In honor of the 40th anniversary of the end of Zeppelin. And before you ask I have the pecko duck/porky etching. I think that is supposed to be good. (See what you all have done to me)  ;)

Interesting. I only recognize that one as well. How are the others. It looks like tiny Matt Cameron approves.

Since I have rediscovered my collection after a long while I have noticed that I am missing some records and I have gained a few that I know I didn’t buy. Must have been from old roommates getting our records mixed up. Some records I found that were not mine include the Carpenters, Simon and Garfunkel, Herb Alpert/Hugh Masekela, and someone named Jimmy Smith. But the best one I found was a K-tel 70s hits collection with Andy Gibb, Nick Gilder, Rick James, Meatloaf, Heatwave, etc. Lord knows where these random albums came from.
  • Tried watching MoPop deal with AIC/tributes.  Found it to be awful and had to spin some AIC to clear the ears out.  On Dirt now.
LZII is on the list for tonight - good call out GG.

So good. I'd say psychedelic. Killer basslines. I don't know how I missed this. I'm usually a bit late to the party.

Kevin Gray 2019 cut. Sounds great. Will have to do some research to check if this one is AAA.
