I could go on a mission/investigation and retieve info for you guys, would be fun but also annoying???

OOORRRRRRR you could disguise yourself as a big slipknot fan and wear a mask in there, and look at their merch yourself, you would just have to buy many slipknot things to prove you were a fan...

LOL @ the new Pet Sounds store in Ingham with Lassie badges! :D

Next time you're in there, just take a bit more notice of the sort of merch they're selling (don't really care about cds because they're mostly secondhand) and tell me. No need to take notes or anything....but if they get some new cool shit, tell me so I can find BETTER SHIT!!!! It would be cool to know right now what they are selling though.

    You're going down, Pet Sounds....D-O-W-N!!!!!! ;)

I think that would be wise.

Im thinking I might take up the sport when I retire tho. Would be a helpful time-passer and imagine how popular you'de be walking into the local bingo nite covered in badges. Making special/personal ones for all the good looking ladies from the blue-rinse set. Man you'd be the shit.

LOL @ the blue rinse set! :D

  • Theyve got lots of rare boxsets, flags, DVDs, kiss figurines, (mostly pointless junk that wont sell often) about the same amount of shirts as you two.

they have patches, and badges and wristbands, I bought an audioslave one a fair while ago.

I guess I will have to go in and take proper note of what sort of bands they have.. I dont spend half an hour in there like i do at sounds, but that only becase you and leigh are in there hahah.

Hi guys, I'm from Wales and I'm going travelling in November for 8 months. After a brief holiday in Hong Kong, I arrive in Sydney at 8.30am on the morning of November 19th. I've just managed to get tickets for the Newcastle gig that night so my first night in Australia is going to be spent at a PJ gig! (my fifth of the year after the Astoria, Leeds, Reading and Barcelona - my own PJ world tour!)

Can anyone Down Under give me some idea as to the best way to get from Sydney to Newcastle and also roughly how long it'll take and how much is it likely to cost me? I'll worry about getting back to Sydney when the time comes!

Cheers for any help that comes my way

p.s. Thanks to Murder for pointing me to this thread.
