So whats your views on Breastfeeding....:)

There is no way I'm demand feeding....my mum had 5 kids and she had did scheduled feedings (eventually every 3 hours -- then every 4 hours etc) and she said none of us were ever a problem and she could actually plan her day. I'm going to have to do scheduled feeds for sure because I've got a business to run too.

My friend is a friggin cow at the moment -- just sits there ALL day while he feeds for 10 mins then stops...then he wants some more 1/2 hour later but only feeds for 5 mins then stops etc etc. ALL DAY! I just couldn't do that.

Once again....against the norm! ha ha :D

zig, breastfeeding is a hella lot harder than they make out. I didnt even start with it.

and i made jay read the post a bit back about circ's and asked him if any of that pain happened to him now that he's - umm, maturing... - he was mortified but said no

it really has me feeling a bit guity - i only did it for appearance , and i think its cleaner, and the hosp did it with no probs when they were both only a couple of days old and haddent even been discharged yet. But that was my choice not theirs

for eg - they arent christened because im not religious and i thought it was hypocritical to force something i didnt even believe in on them - they can have themselves christened later if they choose to - but i turned around and forced circumcision on them just because i prefer it.

anyway - moral is, think very very hard about it i guess

You mean you never EVER even had a little taste of your own breastmilk after having 3 kids? I'd taste mine for sure -- just to see what it tastes like. I'm not going to be sitting there having a glass of the shit or anything.

Yes, I'll be thinking very hard about it -- but I still think I'll get it done. I just like the look of it better...and it's cleaner. And I really hate elephant trunks! :o

well not since i was a baby.

Well taste it tonight and tell me what it tastes like. What's the big deal? Z drinks it!

So Bianca's boobs won't be able to get any loving for like 12 months or so because otherwise milk will be spraying out everywhere....

I've never thought about that. I love a bit of "boob loving"...damn it!

Friggin babies. I'll say it again -- WE NEED TO INVENT INCUBATORS!!!

How long after you stop breastfeeding does the milk go away?

How often does that happen though?

Hmmmm....so much to investigate.....but I'm 99% sure I'll get it done. Because I'm stubborn! :D I am a Taurean! What do you expect?

Get onto it and let me know if you need any assistance. Im extremely interested to get to the forefront of this. Serious!!!

On a not so serious (but sorta) note, I was talking to my brother the other day about doing a Phd about way people use the word 'like'. He said it could be done but Id probably need to expand it a little and focus more on the speech side of things eg the use of the word 'um' as well

Is it a speech impediment, a bad habit, a nervous trait or maybe just copycat tatics coz the Olsen sisters say it?

Thinks Id better get back to my studies!!!

The answers you seek my friend can be found in...... 'The Valley'.... It can be nervous... it's mainly bad habit... like the word um.....
