I much prefer the "still" cold that comes with living inland than the icy, stinging, cold winds that blow in off the ocean
For sure....I don't like the wind...especially that icey wind you speak of....I remember that from when we lived on the beach 10 years ago.

I don't mind cold that much, but it get's to minus 7 here in Winter....you just get to a point where it doesn't matter how many layers of clothes you put on or how much wood you put in the fire, you're still cold - right through to your core! I just get sick of it. A lot of people don't mind it....I guess I'm just not a Frosty Cold kindsa person.

I don't mind the cold. I guess that's what you get when you spend the first 14 years of your life putting up with winters that can get down to -20*C

I buy mine from a health food shop. It's grounded up liquorice root.

Yes, I also have those popular aniseed based drinks too. I have both the Greek version and the Italian version. The Italian version has 2 varieties :D

Yeah....you'd be used to it for sure!!! I quite often spin out seeing those crazy temps in other countries.....I honestly can't imagine how cold that must be!

Actually....I remember when we were in Sydney and I was freezing and had a jacket on and you only had a T-Shirt on and weren't as cold as me......if you remember - you were showing the cold ;) but it didn't seem to be bothering you  LOL!
