Maybe you're just a dumbarse. ;) I've watched every episode of Lost since day one and understand what's going on. The trick is to watch every episode closely and never miss one ... otherwise you get lost. :)
You can't miss 10 seconds let alone 1 episode
I'm the same....never missed a minute of it....I'm exhausted at the end of every episode :D

Oh and yeah....I know exactly what's going on, but ask me to explain it and I couldn't - too hard! It's something you have to watch every ep; to understand.

I just don't understand why Captain Planet can only come when he's called upon. What does he do in his spare time? Does he live in those poofy rings? What if one of the rings was lost?
I reckon even Superted could destroy Captain Planet :)
thats like saying what happens with a cake before it is made, does it live in flour??.... captain planet is a combination of the rings, so therefore he is good.. if you lost a ring he wouldn't be able to come along, just like a cake if you lose the flour you can't make the cake..

sometimes during the show, I get Lost....but then something will happen (in the show) and it all comes together again.
That's the main reson I love the show - it really keeps you thinking
