i wondered where she was lately too - must be too in bliss to care ;)

its a shame this is turning into such a funny run - im going to have to nip out in a sec to go into work and show them a couple of things, then ill swing past school and grab riley, then ill drop him off at swim training, then ill walk home. should drive - it'd take half the time, but im such a health kick atm.

yknow - not that i need it really - but putting the biggest looser on at dinner time is really a nasty programing trick - it makes you feel too guilty to eat - even the kids picked up on that the other day.

Our new house is near Yamba in the Clarence Valley on the NSW north coast. I have heaps of photos and will try and post them later this week.

The stuff we got for the dogs was actually just tryptophan, magnesium and some Vitamin B in a paste which you put in their food. As I said before, it didn't really work and made their wee green.

Good gal walking instead of driving!!!

I'm on a real health kick too ;).....I walk to take Maddi to Kindy and pick her up....does it count as a health kick, if she only goes twice a week and that the school is at the end of our culdesac (4 houses away)? LMFAO!!!!

anyway - im going to chuck the headphones on and run (literally) over to work

good thing about smallish towns - i think my car gets driven once a fourtnight - out of town - and gets dirty from the dust in the shed.

and the culdesac run - just X it by about 20 each day and youll be onto something

kylie - i expect to see that thread up and running over in AET when i get home ;)

Trudie's got really long dark hair and sexy glasses (I think she only wears them to look smart ;) ) There's also the tatt's - one on her forearm and one on the back of one of her calves. Do you know what she looks like? I could post a pic for you if you like.

His fever was going down but then went up again. They said that if his fever gets too high he will go into cardiac arrest and that they wouldn't resuscitate because he's too old.

    Stop talking about me..and pubes.

Walking is only beneficial if you get your heart rate up and keep it there - otherwise you may as well be a bag of snacks and eat some crap.

Is Trudie not on the Gold Coast this weekend?
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

Excellent :) I've heard a couple of songs and liked them. Haven't bought it yet, though. I entered a comp last week to win a copy, so am waiting to hear if I'm a winner :D
