Oh OK...I'm not overly strict on the games they play....but I saw my nephews playing Grand Theft Auto (I think that's what it was?) and it definitely not a game I'd let the boys play!

It's pretty bad. I love the game, but if I was a parent, I wouldn't let my kids play it either

It does have parental control features on it though. I think it would take something away from the game though.
So what games are you thinking about getting?

I ordered these for now and asked him what else he's got. I did have a few more on the list, but thought I'd better cut it down a bit :) There's a few here fo Maddi too.....she's mad on the gameboys already....and pretty good too - kids figure these things out so young these days.

    Dragonball Z 2
    Excite Truck
    Ultimate Alliance
    SSX Blur
    Zelda Twilight Princess
Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix
    Happy Feet
    Mario Strikers Charged Football
    Sonic and the Secret Rings

Do you know where you can get a mod chip from near you?

I hope so.....I know the kids like all of those things, so pretty safe there :)
I'm going to try and get as many games as I can. Steven also has a birthday just after Chrissy and I always get all of the Aunties and Uncles and Grand parents asking what to get the kids.......we end up with TONNES of toys that a) we have no room for and I just end up picking up all day
    b) the kids play with a couple of times and then never bother with them again coz they got SO much
    c) breaks in no time.

I don't mean to sound ungreatful, but it's always better if I can say - this is what they want.....I know they'll love the games, they'll get used for a long time to come and they won't take up much room.

Haven't checked yet....I'm going to ask the guys at the 'Game Shop' in Mandurah....I'm sure they'll be able to point me in the right direction.....there's usually ads for places like the Mod Shop, in the paper too. There'll be somewhere for sure. We got the chip put in the playstation from someone we found an ad for in the paper.
  • WOW! I just got a reply with a total for my order....that was quick - we're not the only one's who don't sleep ;)
Didn't say if they have any other games though?

Only $5 postage!!! and that's registered.

Nintendo is a great company because it seems to cater for kids more than Sony or Microsoft
