    the queensland school year for year 12 finishes on friday the 16th, we finish a week before N.S.W up here.

    right down the bottom, orange rectangle that says final dates of school.


    I think this is why you've had to wait for approval for accommodation and some have turned you down.

    By the 23rd November they should hopefully be all partied out and heading off home.

    Yeah :( I've had a look on the schoolies site. Oh well....it's not gonna spoil things:D The place I'm waiting on confirmation from is (apparently) avoiding the schoolies crowd......so hopefully, we'll be right.

    yeah but a lot of northern NSW people come to the GC. but anyway, like i said, it's not as big the 2nd week

    Meg, fuckin great turnout for the rally!! Thats unreal! To get that many people from such a small population :eek: Hope it helps you guys.

    what do I have to say about schoolies week....
    Little mother fuckers...
    every schoolies I nearly get hit on the head with a bottle thrown from the 10th floor, I nearly run over at least 20 kids, I lose all patience I have for the young, and I seriously wann akill them all....

    BUT...
    No little fuckin schoolie is gonna ruin our Meet Up people! but please pack a helmet ;)

    Were all gonna be "toolies" (name given to older people who come to the Gold Coast during Schoolies to try and pick up, drink spike, drug, rape, abuse and torture the youngens)
