How ya feeling today, Megan? How's your back? Hope Joels looking after you - I bet he is, being the loving hubby that he is :D Wish I could pop over and help you. There's nothing worse than having stuff to do and being too wiped out to do it. Have you tried seeing a Naturopath/Irridoligist? They can work miracles!

Im pretty sore today.... went out for the first time in a week this morning... needed a haircut... bad idea. honestly, people underestimate the power of a bath. i think id be alot worse off if i didnt have the heatwheat and baths to keep me sane.
joel has to keep working :( but he's been great. i saw a naturopath years ago for my thyroid stuff... cost me a fortune and really did bugger all. plus im on penicillin for 10 days so it would be hard to tell if it was the penicillin working or the natropathy.
i just have to keep warm. not looking forward to working tomorrow, but then ive got wednesday off with joel which will be good :)
I'd rather be with an animal.
  • LOL! to be honest - I don't think so....I doubt that anything would ;) LMAO! The sacrifices we make :D

awww thats a shame.... hehehe....... damnit!

Yes....you have to find a good one....I've got the BEST n.path/irridoligist in Mandurah.....she is absolutely AMAZING! and I'm a bit of a sceptic.....she's worth her weight in gold, though.
There's prolly not a lot Joel can do.....that'd be hard for him, seeing you this way :(
Can't believe you're going to work! Mind you, sometimes, it's a good thing to try to keep things as normal as poss - if you're able? Wednesday will be nice for you both :) Get Joel onto the pineapple juice for when you're feeling better LOL!!!!

LOL the aim is for him to make ME feel better.... not me making HIM feel better! hahaha!

i dont really have much of a choice in the work thing.... i've already had like 6 days off in the last 3 months (including last week)... i dont want to piss off the new boss, and i know this isnt something thats going to go away anytime soon. i went into work on friday and slept on the carpet in the staff room during my lunch break. lol set my alarm an everything. that was before i got the results back for my blood tests. we all just thought i had the flu and they thought i was just trying to milk it.
i hate it when bosses do that. i feel so guilty. like i have bad work ethic or something.
I'd rather be with an animal.

I hear ya.....I used to go into work, even if I was on my death bed. Got in trouble a few times from my boss and sent home. It's a hard one. I'm loving being my own boss these days...set my own hours and I'm here for the kids. It's just the way we always planned it.....all those years of working my butt off to make it real has paid off :)
    so what's the new job....it's with animals I assume - I hope! :D

Id be happy to do Qld during summer for a few nights....just not as far up as where the evil Zig lives.

Hinny and I were discussing organising a meet up around october in brissy/goldie area....
seems there are alot of fans there these days and flights are super cheap to get up there from syd/melb at the moment.
joel and i were looking to head down there to buy a car and hinny was going to fly up to meet us.... word is already starting to get around a bit... so it wouldnt just be a few of us :)
we could all do a day at a theme park together then go watch LD at night! :D

Positive news! This could really work - even if we only got say 10-15 that'd be sweet. Rob gimme a yell when you get it/decide to get it moving - happy to help.

Damn Megan what are you doing to yourself ya poor thing. Take care mate and dont worry about what work people think/thought...although I do understand how you feel - thats just good morals/ethics love.

Just got back from the snow with my best mate whose wedding was only 2 months ago. Just found out his wife has cervical cancer. Oh man - has my day just taken a spin. Not even fuckin 30 years of age

OMG! That is terrible! I just don't know what to say (and that's rare for me). How is your mate? Is it treatable? FUK! Cancer is becoming so common. I'm not a religeous person, but my prayers are with your friends wife and her loved one's. Sending tonne's of positive vibes over that way (((XXX)))

    Hi
    I'm back and refreshed!!!
So this meetup could be a definite go-er :)
If we're going to meet up in November, it's going to have to be either early November or late November otherwise we'll all be caught up in that alcohol fuelled orgy that is 'schoolies'

I dint know what to say when he told me either except for expelling a few tears. Gee Im gonna be a real strong help for em *pfft*

Got the big op on Friday (all been rushed thru very hastily). One step at a time. 28farkin years old. The poor fella that just held the pads for me at Boxercise. Reckon I would put that twat Mundine on his arse - the focus/agression I was pumping out.

November sounds the go and yep definately dont do it during scoolies...I dont wanna spend time in a Qld lockup overnight
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.
