I'm in the Gong and so far its not toooo bad. Probably the most wind we've had but not a lot of rain yet though...

    ok ozjammer

hep b is a course of 3 shots - 1 month, then 1 month then 6 months later

go to your gp - get a script, a three course script works out a little bit cheaper because youll only have to pay 1 dispensing fee as opposed to 3 repeats.

each shot is about $27.30 - you'll have to keep them in your fridge and either get your gp to stick you, or take them to an immunisation or pathology unit. I dont know what you have in newcastle, but there must surely be a bulk billing place for you to go to.

so all up it works out to about $68.80, plus any fees you might have from the doctor or nurse to give you the needles, but as i said bulk billing will get rid of that.

once your immunised youve got it for life too with hep b

House only just survived. Big tree branches covering the backyard, and my next door neighbour got a tree through his roof.
Haven't been to see the ship yet. Might pop into town for a look on the weekend
  • HI guys!
    How is everyone going?

Been slack again... so much to do, so little time. Not sure if I told you that the memorial was moved to tomorrow and its not at Hard Rock anymore... which is ok.

Having a Patio put in in a few weeks :) We have a 31 sq area out back that we dont really use for anything... so got a good quote and off we go! Summer barbies are gonna be sweet :p

Hope you are all safe and well. Ziggy... you smell.

There's a video on eBay which claims to have an interview of Pearl Jam done by Molly Meldrum for Hey Hey It's Saturday in 1995.
    Can anyone remember it?

It probably went something like this:

Molly: (looking longingly into Ed's eyes) "So...umm...Ed err....welcome to Australia. Are you...err...surprised at how well...umm....Australia has received...err...Vitalogy"
Ed: (Slowly backing away) "Err....not really"
    (Long period of silence)
Molly: "Umm.....so this is...err.....your first Australian tour?"
    Ed: "Yeah"
    (Another long period of silence)
Molly: "Ok....err....enjoy your visit to Australia and thanks for the...err..interview"
    Ed: "No problem"
(Molly moves in to kiss Ed but is stopped short by a swift jab to the face, the force of which, knocks Molly's hat off his head)
