Hey Don Jon, Do you know anyone who lives in Sydney's northern beaches area who would like to adopt two 10 year old male poodles? They belong to my bloke's grandfather and they're currently staying at Ingleside Animal Welfare Shelter because he can't look after them anymore. We're trying to save them from being put down. Let me know. Ta.

Thanks. They are still really energetic, playful and healthy. They love being taken for walks and humping each other. :eek:
Unfortunately we can't have them because we live in an apartment.

I've been reallllly busy at work and don't have internet at home (provider went bust). Home internet will be back on by this time next week hopefully.

I miss Fisho's. I had the best damn oysters in my life at Fisho's wharf one night. Friend's of friends introduced me to the place one night when Iw as still living at Broadbeach, it's pretty much become a staple part of any of my GC trips, unless it's boxing day and then I only have time for the shops!!! That is so cool that your man's band plays there. I also really like the Liar's Bar at Broadbeach tavern, that place had some pretty great bands too.

yes fisherman's wharf, i remember me and some friends wanting to see nirvana when they played there in 92, so we got in the old tinny and drove out into the middle of the broadwater, dropped anchor, sat back and enjoyed the music.

...or not!!!!! Not a cricket fan I'm afraid. We have had two rainy days here (well sort of, just that annoying misty light stuff broken up with a decent patch here and there), which was eaking lovely and meant I had to spend yesterday on the couch under the doona watching tv and reading. Unfortunately today it's clearing up. Today has been wedding invitations and more tv. And tomorrow is my RDO, yay! Except that I have to spend part of it brushing up on the WAIS (adult iq test) so I can show my superviosr how good I am at doing it. I love long weekends, and next weekend is May Day weekend so it'll end up being 3 in a row!!!
Other than resucing us from the depths of the board what have you been doing?

Finally finished all my ironing, it was a huge task....
Now to put it all away..:(

I didnt see it all but what I saw was interesting....

Another weekend nearly over....
And its nearly May......if only it was 2006...:)

Darn it, I haven't done my ironing yet! Thankfully it's only a weeks worth and not the usual months! Unfortunately the rain broguth the colder weather meaning pants and long sleeves, meaning more for me to iron!
Missed the punk thing, I always manage to miss the good stuff!
