Tough to win with half of your starters out.  Good effort.
Damn, Seattle is still in.  Even with garbage running game they are still scary.  Hopefully the Packets take them out.

Only in fucking philly.  Russel Wilson plays same way and never has gotten hurt not one fucking game.

had a lot of chances even with McCown and didn’t make enough plays. And defense just can never get turnovers: knew they weren’t going anywhere but still frustrating

    and Peters got destroyed today

Wentz’s injury history dates back to college. Might just be one of those guys. Hopefully not. Would’ve won had he been out there.

Wentz’s injury history dates back to college. Might just be one of those guys. Hopefully not. Would’ve won had he been out there.

He played well for an old man but let's be honest....Josh McCown is no Nick Foles.

Tailgate was outstanding. Tough way too lose. Clowney's a POS. I never wish injury on anyone but I really hope he stubs a toe.
Would've been nice to at least throw one ball into the end zone.

Yeah McCown played better than I expected given the circumstances, but certain plays (especially that final 4th down where he took the sack) you could see his limitations.

He was pretty accurate....then again Wentz was accurate over the last month of the season. And guys got open again.

You're right---its those certain plays. Two in particular ended drives inside the ten where he left the pocket and looked as if he was running in quicksand. Those are plays Wentz makes things happen. You'd at least would've had two shots at the end zone as opposed to zero in a game they lost by 8.

they never went 3 and out with McCown. that's kind of crazy.  the delay on the game penalty on the 1st drive of the 2nd half was a killer.  the last play you have to at least throw it up.  just can't get into a 4th down situation with McCown although if Sanders catches the ball on the next to last series he definitely gets the 1st down and might score on it.  probably should have caught it.  as i said last night they had some chances just didn't cash in.

I would like to say I'm proud of Clowney calling Philly fans the worst in the world. He definitely could hear me, and it definitely touched a nerve.

Regardless, a concussion isn't injury prone material in this case I'd say. If it was anything else I'd agree. That hit was dirty. That ratfuck led with his helmet.

So one of the reasons they didn't call a flag was because Wentz never "gave himself up."

Does anyone remember the game against Atlanta in week 2? On a 4th down, Wentz ran and dove head first for the first down marker and nobody touched him. He was a little short so he just reached the ball forward over the line before someone laid a hand on him. First down right? No! On that play they called him short of the marker because he "gave himself up." I remember being dumbfounded over that play and then last night happens....what a fucking load of horse shit.

To get as far as they did with basically most of their practice squad is a pretty good accomplishment. Just wish they took care of business in some of those earlier games before everyone got hurt. Oh well. At least we might have found a couple cheap offensive weapons moving forward.

That was a 2pt conversion in Atlanta. These 2 plays prove that there are way to many rules or they don't know the rules.
    Alright, alright, alright!

Sproles Lite is awesome.  Think your RB situation is in a good place with Sanders and Sproles Lite.  Maybe bring in a tank type of a guy for relief/short yardage specialization.

    Wentz is soft.
Only way dak could hurt in playoffs is falling off the couch

but Dak wouldn’t get hurt. Carson would.

russell wilson wouldn’t have taken himself out. you’d think for $107M guaranteed, a guy could play with a headache.

Wentz didn't take himself out. League makes that decision now through an independent neurologist.
    This weekend we rock Portland
