    So leading up to the NFC Championship Game, the national media was talking about Jalen Hurts in a super disrespectful way, as if he was some mediocre backup or something. Of course he had a huge game and here we are. Not hearing quite as much of that but still some.

    Anyway I do feel like I'm hearing some of that about the Eagles' coaching staff. Ok yeah Andy Reid is a great coach, and kudos to him for figuring out how timeouts work. Spags does some impressive blitzes. But you'd never know we have the coach with one of the highest winning pct's ever, the DC who brought a confused crappy defense up to #1 in the league and shut down Lamar Jackson, and the O-line coach who turned an Australian rugby player into a Pro Bowl left tackle. If these guys aren't offended I'm offended for them.

    For us I'd recommend The Philly Special and PHLY (they've gotten better with compressing their ads). The PHLY's from Fridays are great. Deniz is a professor of economics from Temple and really knows his shit about football. Inside The Birds is alright - the "Q&A" episodes have Quinten Mikell and Jason Avant - I like those guys a lot.

    Maybe it was Arrowhead Pride?  I only really listen to one called "Red, Gold and Bold." It's a long-time local KC radio host (Soren Petro), with Jeff Chadiha and Sam McDowell (columnist for the KC Star).  It used to have Eric Eager, before he took a job with the Panthers.  I find they're fairly objective and Sam brings a lot of analytics to the discussion, in a similar vain to what Eager did.

    I have always been against wanting to see the Super Bowl in person....but New Orleans might be the only location I'd be interested in seeing it live, especially since we've already won one. If I wasn't going on a trip later this month, I think I might've jumped on it this year. 

    Either way....confidence level remains elevated....

    Was just saying this on the text chain this week after thinking deeply about it. Out of all the years, Birds juggernaut team, in New Orleans, Super Bowl. Yet it's gotta happen at the apex of being stretched thin between work and kids. Instead of this being perfectly aligned for my late 20s/early 30s.

    Anyone else share some concern that Spags will come up with a way to neutralize the tush push a little? Was listening to that Ben Solak kid talk about that with Sheil.

    I'm not overly concerned, but I've always thought Spags was a really solid defensive mind, plus he's now faced us a few times and was able to stop the Bills version a couple weeks ago. Think it's something to consider.

    I don't know one of her songs. I have no idea.
    But I do know I've read more than one story of how much money the young lady donates to various charities. I also read an article of how much money in bonuses she gave to her crew and truck drivers, once her last tour was finished.
    Until I'm told different she seems to be a good person. And extremely generous.

    I know what motivates this is the fact she was a fan.  There was some funny conspiracy for SB57 where she was going to sabotage the halftime show and declare her love for the Eagles.
