i sobbed during horse whisperer
because of the horse
my husband would ALWAYS tear up watching ghost
Ghost makes me sob like a baby.
(That reminds me... the was a time when McDonald's sold VHS tapes for $9.99 with the extra value meal. The movies to choose from: Ghost and Basic Instinct. In retrospect, that seems a little weird!)
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata
The scene where Adam Sandler finally talks about his family who died in the 9/11 attacks, while Springsteen's "Drive All Night" plays through his headphones subtly is just crushing to me.

Yeah, that part when Lloyd swallowed a Junebug and says he's not hungry gets me every time
Yup......but seriously when the Gas man kills the bird and Harry and Lloyd give it to the blind kid, that is sad
haha. fuckin miss this guy
How about when they kill the snowy owl popping a champagne cork. The 'bad guys' think they are a couple of legit pros that have sent a message: "Kill our bird? We kill your bird!"
Where the Red Fern Grows...when the kid has to shoot his own dog
That's Old Yeller... In Where The Red Fern Grows, Old Dan dies from the mountain lion attack, then Little Ann gives up and basically starves. Do schools still use these 2 movies to embarrass the tough little boys?
Rudy gets me every time.
Forrest Gump
Return of the King when Sam realizes his lover is leaving..it's nerdy as shit I know, but goddammit!!! those stumpy hairy footed bastards belong together.

Marly and me..You're not human if you don't cry at this movie
Phenomenon...Deathbed scene. Can never for the life of me hold it together at this scene.
I can't even watch that movie Marley and Me
Jerry Maguire, The Notebook, The Wedding Singer (at the end), when Sandler sings 'Growing Old With You', it gets me every time, Brian's Song, Love Story, Bambi, Pay it Forward... Just to name a few...
I just watched Hatchi a dogs tail on the weekend. Based on a true story form the 1920's of a dog that faithfully waits for his owner every day at the train station. I cried inconsolably at the end.

You never really had to begin with.
Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.
