I don't even hear alarms. My wife wakes me up when it's my turn in the shower.

Internal alarm clock usually goes off just before JB's at 5 ish
if I'm still in bed, it all depends on the night's sleep.

I have a neighbor buddy who works for the train...
he is up by 4 am, many days the same for me. I find his lights across the way comforting.

this (kinda). One of my cats wakes me up between 2-4 AM for wet food. She then leaves me alone for the rest of the night. This is the culprit:

Then around 6 ish my other cat wakes me up by running around and meowing and whatnot. The other culprit:

If somehow I get back to sleep my alarm clock wakes me up, but most of the time i'm up before that :fp:

internal clock. I can go to bed any time at night, 10 pm or 4 am. I'm up at 5:45. If I have on a sleep mask I might make it till 6:30

Dave those are cute kitties! Mind demand wet food about 6:30 -7, but they know they don't get it until I emerge.

I wake up with my cell mainly because I stopped liking the alarm clock I had. It is handy.

Nothing against pets. Love them myself but...after many years of interrupted sleep at the hands if kids I think I would really resent being awakened by a needy pet. Currently my alarm clock is my 5 year old. He sneaks into my bed every night without waking me. He has an internal clock that wakes him up every morning at 7am. First thing he says to me every morning "mommy can I play angry birds on your phone?" I sleepily nod yes. If I haven't remembered to turn the volume down on the phone the night before I get treated to a nice dose of angry birds noise/music/whatever.... :roll:
