It wouldn't get repealed. People vote on gay marraige and abortion and hardly anything has changed with those issues in a long time, unless it is at a state level. The parties use these issues to scare their constituents. We need people to vote on the big issues right now which are the economy, debt and foreign policy. THese are the issues that need to be addressed.0 -
