Really digging Ohms. It’s gonna be real heavy live. Should have been at the Philly show last week. Oh well, next year.
Was Gojira opening for them in Philly? That’s a great band also. That was a powerhouse tour. Would have been epic. Hopefully they do it soon. I need to hear this album live I can already tell by the lead single.

    Peace,Love and Pearl Jam.

Gojira was opening, would have been a good show at what looks like a pretty cool venue.

  • On my second listen of "Genesis" and it's growing on me, heavier and slower than "Ohms", with some classic Chino screams in there as well.

Can't wait for it to premier tonight. How'd you listen to it already? Got a leak? Feel free to DM....I already pre-ordered the LP so I don't feel as bad as getting the leak early...

That was awesome. I was waiting for the kick in after that slow intro and it didn't disappoint. Much heavier than I expected.

I really like it. I feel like the whole album is a going to be a grower - will take a few listens to really "get it." Similar to how Gigaton was and is.

It was fascinating to hear where the band was during each of these records. Even more so when it confirms what you picked up listening to each one. Saturday Night Wrist always sounded really disjointed to me. Like they were trying to touch on a lot of different things. I read an interview like this and scream THANK YOU, YES to myself.

    My favorite album by them.
  • Pretty cool initiative by the band to raise some money for a children's hospital and live music crews.  A bit odd, but fuck it: got my dot!
