    Morning!

    I just came across this:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtf5ho9cLSQ

It's Eddie Vedder, Mike Watt and Dave Groul performing 3 songs live form the great 'Bull Hog or Tug Boat' album.

Ed's playing some mean guitar... and do we see a bit of a solo going on there in the last song Ed???

i've yet to listen to it, but its the whole show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

apparently not the best quality (i.e. poor) but it is the whole show!!
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

After I spend over £300 on tickets elsewhere in europe rumours about closer dates surface! Oh well, whats the point in having money (borrowed) if theres nothing decent to spend it on!

If it's true these are the dream dates for me as London is obviously easy and I would always do Glasgow and make it part of a trip to visit my folks and sister. Fingers crossed :) Although can see the tickets being as hard to get as the Dublin ones

Agreed... just can't understand why radio would be announcing it with no news on here...?! At friends now and that's why I rushed on here to see if anything had been said about it...

welcome to the world of Pearl Jam :)

every single piece of news thats been announced on here in the last 6 months has been discovered elsewhere and posted before the admin do it on here!!

i even started a thread recently where the Aus promoter has a website announcing the PJ tour dates will be release on Monday 8th May.. bonafide website and the aussies on here are saying that its Monday 8th for them in about 4 hours time... as yet PJ.com has no mention of it!!

You seem to be first with the news but then we all knew about the festivals before they were on here and Astoria was in the French press before here aswell so who knows. Now we have Dublin and Reading it wouldn't bother me if the February rumours were true.

We better not be keeping you from your friends ;)

Skinny: Do you have any intentions of bringing the tour to Scotland, you've only been here twice in 15 years, that's rubbish!

Stone: "Sure man! I think the last time we were there was Glasgow and that was a while ago now... we might be doing some more roadwork in 2007 and get around Europe a bit more then, I can't confirm anything for definite but that normally includes a gig in Scotland, right? So we'll see you there."

i think it was posted earlier in the Dublin thread... not sure!!

    interesting stuff though

mike also said in a couple of interviews that they will be back in 2007...
my guess is that northern europe will get more shows since they're concentrating on the south this time around... the uk, germany and scandinavia have to get more shows than right now...

hey, that wasn't boring at all... very well written... i love reading this kind of stuff... actually, i felt the same way about lots of things you said there and it was like reliving this magical night all over again...

i will leave a comment when i can be arsed...
one word about queueing for 7 hours though... because of this we actually got a spot so close to the band's amps and monitors that i could always hear it even if mike only slightly touched the strings...

you have to get your pictures up on flickr as well...

and to everyone else - this is a great read! check it out!

Well... there's no more Pearl Jam concerts in there... but there's a lots of stories about travelling while listening to my iPod and Seattle Grunge tends to feature strongly... if you make it through some of the archives.. please leave comments.. so that I know people are reading it..

Your wish is my command... I had used all my bandwidth and had to wait till the end of the month. The pictures aren't as impressive as others... and they are only of the band, cos I was paranoid about running out of battery and missing the oppurtunity.(i'm a 12 year old westlife fan at heart)

Again the more comments people leave... the bigger my head gets and the more likely I am to spend time creating content.....

Or maybe since it's been so long they're testing the waters to see what the demand is like? Cos nobody could have really predicted how quickly any of these concerts would sell out.
