    Loved it ! I agree
I would, however; pass on get right, help help, and bu$hleaguer for storytellers. Maybe add Otherside and Down

In all seriousness I would love 4/02/02 played tonight

    I agree.

Well, everyone has an opinion....at the bottom of the list for me. Still a good album, but not their best by a long shot, imo. Self titled is top notch.

Somebody puhleeze find out what they're playing tonight. Call the theater and ask whoever answers what they hear. Somebody has to be standing outside at least. Something! I'd do it but I just spent too much time typing this.

It's going to have to be songs with "stories" to tell behind them (sorry for stating the obvious)... and there'll be a heavy emphasis on new songs, plus a selection of whatever they've been playing on tour so far...

so I'm going to guess (based on 10 songs for the show)

    Given to Fly
    Unemployable
    Army Reserve
    Marker in the Sand
Gone - story as told at Borgata
    Sleight of Hand
    Small Town
Man of the Hour - as told at Benaroya
Alive - we all know this one

    and maybe
Inside Job - just to give someone other than ed a story to tell

Hope this gets shown outside the US soon. Saw Springsteen recently and it was great. really want to see PJ do this

Springsteen's show was horrible, man! What was up with him telling the story in between each line of the song? Talk about killing the flow (and I'm not talkin' PJ when I say "flow").

That's what would make sense. If they were smart, they'd play their most accessible songs to get new fans into them. The setlist you said would be perfect. I'd guess something like...Life Wasted, World Wide Suicide, Parachutes, Gone, Severed Hand, Betterman, Given To Fly, Porch, Daughter, & Alive.

I agree. He basically stopped playing the song, told a snippet of a storyline, the crowd would laugh, and he would start playing again. It killed the feel, mood, you name it!! It was a dissapointment, but then again, I am not that big a Springsteen fan. I got the Essential album, and devils&dust and that's it. Don't know if I'd care to see him live.
