what does PDT stand for? PST (pacific standard time) is around midnight here, please tell me it's earlier...
Edit: and what does AET mean?
probably too late to matter but
pst- pacific standard time (november to march)
pdt- pacific daylight time (march to november)
not sure where you are so i don't know if your area recognizes daylight savings or not. but right now pacific time is in pdt, so clocks are one hour ahead of where they normally are during pst.

thanks for the explanation, when I read the word "daylight" I realized that it was due to daylight savings, something we used to have in Argentina, but not anymore, it's not profitable for the electric companies, and the government doesn't care about that or global warming either... I thought "standard" meant that all the west coast states had the same time, but now I understand that it refers to the period of time during the year you don't have daylight savings, but it could refer to both... so what does AET stand for? besides All Encompasing Trip...

"He shares that RNDM will probably do more recording. "We've got a bunch of tracks [already] but Jeff [Ament] wants to start clean slate," he says. "I think how high quality the [first RNDM] record was… We did great shows. Its going to percolate and I think the next time we put out a record it will have built. I'm super optimistic.""

I have a Joseph Arthur RNDM pick. It's orange. It's has the 'RNDM' in the explosion bubble on one side, and JA in yellow on the other. It's a pretty light gauge, but it's a celluloid. Bass picks are usually a thicker gauge than a guitar pick.
This settles it then. I have one from Jeff! It's orange has the bubble on one side and JA on the other, but in green letters. I assume it's thicker too, it's the same as the other 2 Jeff picks I have (1 from tone).
I have now a Jeff pick and a Joseph pick from Rndm. Will post a picture if I ever figure out how.

Hi Guys - Not sure if anyone has mentioned this already. I was driving to the Pearl Jam concert at Wrigley Field in a rental car. I looked at the speedometer and notice letters for Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, and Manual. It was just the letters though, PRNDM. Lose the P for Park and you've got RNDM! I wonder if the band was inspired by something so simple.
