government can help to create an environment conducive to job creation. Obama has done the opposite.
BECAUSE THE HOUSE WILL NOT BRING ANY SORT OF JOBS BILL TO THE FLOOR TO BE DEBATED OR VOTED ON....
it is easy to blame one guy when one party doesn't even give him a chance to try to fix things....
So, a leader who can't lead is going to use the fact that he can't lead as a battle cry? That's ALMOST worse than using raising taxes as a campaign platform.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

just how can the president force the speaker of the house that is from a hostile party to bring legislation to the floor to be debated and voted? he is not a king, and the system does not work that way...

How did every other President that did not have control of EITHER house for most of the last 50 years do it?
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

Why didn't the Senate leader bring bring legislation that the House approved 33 times to debate or vote?
EDIT: Forgot to add - that the President and said Senate leader didn't allow anyone to read the original bill that related to before voting on? Perhaps that leads to skepticism by the "hostile party" and answers your original question.

because every other president did not do that.
this is 2012, and it is unprecedented in american history that the minority leader in the senate on the day after the president took over said that his whole goal is to make obama a one term president. no president in american history has had one house of congress refuse to work with him on day one, and then had the speaker of the house vow to not work with him after the mid term elections...

Poor Obama. He's the first President ever to face opposition. Poor, poor Obama.
So, we should re-elect him b/c he'll be that much more successful in ramming through legislation - but only when he controls everything, doesn't allow anyone to read it and its harmful in just about every way and if a Republican had offered it, the debate would be totally turned on its head.
That's a complete joke. Every President faces significant opposition and the Congress is almost always held by the opposing party. It's one of the beautiful things of our system of government. And, yet others have found a way to get things through.

Do you understand how American politics work?
The Republicans would have to table a jobs bill for him to support it and try to get it passed.
All they've done is defund planned parenthood, block anti-bullying legislation, insist that the Bush Tax cuts get extended and apologize to BP that the president got mad at them for killing all that gulf wildlife... can you think of anything else?
Romney will immediately approve the Keystone Pipeline on day one creating thousands of jobs, American ones.
Or
Barack Hussein Obama will double down on the failed energy policies that have led to higher prices and fewer jobs
Romney will begin the process of repealing and replacing obamacare on the first day of his glorious Presidency
Or
Barack Hussein Obama's Care will begin to hit the economy, raising taxes and stifling growth, like all his shit does.
Romney will impose a "regulatory cap" on federal agencies and require offsets for new regulations.
Or
Barack Hussein Obama will push through job-destroying regulations that he has delayed until after the election
Romney will send congress a bill slashing discretionary spending by five percent across the board
Or
Barack Hussein Obama will continue pushing policies that result inTrillions of dollars in new debt and deficits.
Romney will pursue fundamental tax reform- cutting taxes acros the board and stopping the federal government from picking winners and losers.
Or
Barack Hussein Obama will pursue the biggest tax increase in HISTORY
Romney will stand up to chinas unfair trade practices - protecting American workers And businesses
Or
Barack Hussein Obama will continue to resist labeling china as a currency manipulator.
We can't afford four more years of failed policy and weak leadership.
woot

simple.. shouldn't vote for romney as his policies are pretty much the same as bush and we know how that ended.. I hope people learn from voting in Bush and don't make the same mistake with Romney. He is out of touch actually he defines it.. I don't mind that he is rich as are a lot of Americans are but it's the he handles the fact that is rich.. he acts as if he is better and more successful then everyone else because he is rich.
Obama may have his issues but every politician and president has but he has done a lot in the last 4 years even though the economy is still in the dumpster. He hasn't done as good as I hoped but I think the state of the economy was underrated when he took over. it was absolutely terrible and therefore can't be judged on the four years accordingly.
Romney is obsessed with overhauling the affordable care act when most of it is supported by the majority of Americans when there really isn't a republican alternative.
I'm just flying around the other side of the world to say I love you
