    A damn shame. I enjoyed him just like I enjoyed Stone. An honest announcer who wasn't afraid to tell it like it is and calls guys out. Whomever they get, I hope he calls it like it is, and isn't afraid to call crap, crap, which is probably what most of the 2013 team will be!

    It sucks to lose Brenly. He really knew his stuff and was willing to criticize players (even stars) or the organization when they weren't delivering. He will be tough to replace.

    How did I miss the Cubs signing Dontrelle Willis to a minor league deal?

    That Edwin Jackson deal may also be interesting but I bet he will be traded at mid-season if he pitches well.

    i think dontrelle could make a decent comeback. there wouldnt be any pressure bc no one expects the cubs to lose less than 100 games again next yr
