Eagles - Hotel California
Yes - Owner of a Lonely Heart
Lynard Skynard - Sweet Home Alabama
Fleetwood Mac - Don't Stop ::cringe::
Steve Miller Band - Fly Like An Eagle
I dont mind this song, but i'm completely baffled of how some consider it the best song in their catalogue:
Rolling Stones - Can You Hear Me Knocking0 -

Agree on this song. Even my beloved Trojan Marching Band doesn't make this suck any less:

I actually love a lot of their songs but what makes me laugh is that a good friend of mind argues with everyone on this point. He doesn't like the Beatles and it cracks me up how many people bug out just because he is a musician and doesn't like the Beatles.I posted this then ducked out to put on my flame retardant suit before returning  I can't stand them at all.But I have heard such venom from others in the past that I dare to express my utter dislike for them and everything they ever did.

I think a lot of the classic rock we don't get has a lot to do with drugs that those musicians took not being readily available anymore.
Example - Grateful Dead. I have tremendous respect for them and their relationship with their fans. But isn't pretty bad music in every sense?0 -
I don't think they fall into the classic mode but i just don't get Foo's at all they do nothing for me ...jesus greets me looks just like me ....0

I love The Beatles but don't care if someone doesn't. I never understand why people get upset if we don't all like the same things. This show, another show, a show here and a show there.0 -

I'll be 34 this year, and I've yet to hear a single second of Rush. That I'm aware of anyway. All my favourite singers have stolen all of my best lines.0

Fuck The Sopranos for making that a cool song. I'm glad it's getting overplayed now so people can recognize it for what it is.
I can see how people get sick of some of this stuff, but I can't believe that there isn't at least one Beatles' song for everybody. Or hell, even Rush...if the voice is the problem I get that, but they do alot of different stuff and I think anybody that's on a rock message board could find at least a redeeming tune or 2. I mean, fucking Limelight or Fly By Night or Working Man!!!0
