I am on a 12-day streak of someone mentioning vomit, puke, etc. it started with 3 interview candidates in a row, all managing to work it into a response to questions. They are not getting hired, but now it's become a challenge.
Sounds like you have some real winners on your hands. How would that even come up in an interview?
The first one mentions it as she's leaving, something like she was puking all day before and wasn't sure she would make it to the interview. Ugh.
The other two were involved in examples of things they've encountered in previous jobs. One even used the word projectile. Interviews are exhausting.

my sister and her boyfriend backed out on me on the mansion for PJ wrigley when it came time for them to pay. They did it because they found a hotel 20 minutes away that was 200 cheaper for the weekend. :fp: :nono:

how much is it worth to be with the group and be in a convenient location?
