    I called customer service for the credit card and was told "oh, we purge records after a while...sorry" So I called the store's customer service, entered my customer number (which I have had as long as the credit card). She was immediately wanting to help me out, was super nice (nicer than the first girl), and it looks like she pushed my order thru faster. :D
