offer to have a chat and some tea with her at her place to work out the situation. Once that's done, ask her if you can use her bathroom and then upper deck that bitch.

I'm gonna be the crankiest old person ever. Giving little children the finger. Yelling at people to get off my lawn. I'm gonna be the house that parents tell their kids to skip when trick-or-treating....cause of course my legend will be that little Bobby went in once and never came back

So I have to ask.. She's watering her precious lawn right now in a way that sprays a very busy, public sidewalk, with no way around unless you venture into a busy street.. I just saw a lady pushing a baby in a stroller go out into busy traffic to avoid getting sprayed..

Are there any laws against that? How hard would it be to position the water so it's not spraying the public sidewalk..

I just want to tear this lady apart now.

I hate to say it, but this is what you get for having a dog in the city, in a condo building no less. Our real estate is so small here in the city, its damn near rude to your neighbors to have a dog in such close quarters. I don't understand what it is with "dog" people. Can you really not understand that certain people DONT LIKE DOGS! I don't want to go to Home Depot and have some ass running his bulldog through the aisles. When I get in an elevator, I dont want a dog sniffing at my feet! If you really want a healthy, happy and well liked animal, move to the suburbs where you can have a yard and your dog can shit all he wants were he wants. I live in a single family home and my neighbor has two HUGE fucking dogs, and she keeps them in the house no less. They bark all night, she lets them shit in her back yard without cleaning it up for a few days and the smell is rotten! But guess what, its her property and I can't do shit about it.......RUDE!

Maybe your neighbor is just sick and tired of seeing your dog take a shit next door to her building several times a day........

I would think if the building that a person lives in allows dogs how would it be rude to actually have a dog? Isn't that why most people choose to live in those buildings? :?

Go tell her what's shes doing is illegal and a public safety hazard and if she doesn't stop you will be calling the police. Remember to bring your dog with you. :D

I think she's trying to argue that dogs should not be allowed in the city or in the vicinity of the public. :?

Oh. Well if you're not doing anything illegal it shouldn't be an issue and it shouldn't be an issue with peope that don;t have dogs.

is it a sprinkler? if so then id find the tap and turn it off. if shes standing there hand hosing the lawn then id approach the woman and ask her to stop watering the sidewalk so i could pass. oh and why the fuck is she watering the lawn during the day when evaporation rates are high which makes watering the lawn a waste of time for the most part anyways.

    oops ok then...

itd defeat the purpose if it were an attended sprinkler wouldnt it??? :P

anyhoo.. id still go turn it off at the tap. having to divert onto the road during daylight hours is rough enough but in the night time... forget it. footpaths are for pedestrians and kids on bikes and should not be impeded by anything. perhaps the old lady needs it pointed out to her(politely) that the sprinkler is a hazard to sidewalk users and perhaps can it be repositioned.
