    shorter set last night than houston.  they sounded great but brian had some strange banter.  he kept pointing out a woman in the balcony...probably a half dozen times or more he commented on her.

    I saw them last year in NJ and he mostly kept the banter pretty short.  But I saw a lot of long and sometimes cringe worthy banter on YouTube from other shows.  Almost like his mental state seemed a little altered.

    Yep. At the SF show, his bizarre banter seemed to go on long enough to make people uncomfortable. I guess I just hope he is okay. I am on the fence about seeing them this time around.

    The curfew shit with bands bugs me. You knew the curfew when you set door and set times. They could have easily gone on at 9 instead of 9:30.

    I completely agree just start sooner instead of cutting six songs from the set. I get annoyed when the headliner waits until a certain time to come out after the opener is cleared from the stage. I've been to shows where it's been 20-30 minutes between acts and nothing is going on.

    Yeah it was really bad at the Chicago show last year.  They had to cut 3-4 songs because he was up there rambling.

    The uncomfortable rambling was bad at the KC and Minneapolis shows last year as well.  As far as the new song it sounds like a demo, and the video I watched of the first live performance it quite honestly had the same demo sound to me.  I'm sure it will grow on me, but I definitely want to hear the rest of the album as well.

    It was at a club called the Masquerade. They played an hour set at Shaky Knees then played the midnight set at the venue. It was a great setlist. Heavy on non-singles.

    First old school ticket I've gotten in years. The band sounded great and Brian was better than I expected. Show was a bit short with no encore. Crowd was outstanding and they seemed to be having a good time playing much better than the Get Hurt tour.
