Never been to Midtown, but I did go to Roo back in 08 and there were a ton of kids there. I think it will be okay. Being a festival, you can come and go as you please

Thank you 81, I ended up buying a regular ticket, couldn't really justify the expense (flying from California to be there and extended my trip from Australia by 10 days to do this, so that's probably crazy enough for now) :D
Very very excited though, major Pearl Jam withdrawal!!

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill or magic diet. :( It takes a whole lot of will power (plus calorie counting). I use the http://www.caloriecount.com webiste to log my calories in, it helps a lot. :)

PS. My sister and I got our plane tickets and a hotel booked for the festival!!! :D We will be staying at the Best Western Plus Inn At The Peachtrees. Anyone familiar with this hotel?

Very, very cool. I've been on weight watchers/running in the mornings, five days a week, and after a little over two years, I have lost about 85 lbs. I'm more maintaining now - I lose a lb or two one week and then may gain a lb or so the following week - either way I'm still under my goal weight, so I'm happy.

Can't wait to rock out at Midtown!!! I KNOW I won't be good that weekend

85 lbs??? That is a lot of weight to lose! Congratulations!!! :D And I applaud you for getting up to run almost every day, I am too lazy to do that.

You're going to Midtown Festival too? I am so excited for it, I can't wait! I've never seen PJ live, I think I'm gonna die... or pass out at best!

BTW, don't worry, I won't be good that weekend either.
