Back to the matter at hand...if you could pick 1 and only 1 yield song for them to play on Saturday, what would it be?????

    For me...No Way...with Brain of J coming in 2nd.

I'd have to say IN HIDING and then ALL THOSE YESTERDAYS.

However, if they played MFC / LOW LIGHT / IN HIDING in that order, I may have to sacrifice a small young animal.

Why not send some to the venue c/o Pearl Jam?

Surely if you live in Cincinnati, you can get the address of the arena.

    Just an idea.

    .

    This is a GREAT idea!

I'll do this with the balance of my postcards! Thanks!

I hear ya. Those are 3 of my favs that I'd love to hear,
but to pick one, right now, I feel like In Hiding, but that could change. They're all great.

Ed: "Is that the sound of the neutron bomb?"

see the funny thing is that while i consider mywself to be somewhat of an SVT expert, i cannot seem to find that noise that they are talking about. not ever. weird.

If they do that, or if they mention the campaign in any way, then we all deserve to give ourselves MASSIVE pats on the back! :D

ATY would be a badass song to start with in Cincy.

In fact, I DO think I need a rest and to lay my head down. I must rest plenty before the orgiastic feast of the senses that is drinking beer and seeing PJ live.

Received voice mail from Fanch. In essence, the "talent" at the Beer Sellar wears short, short shorts/skirts and bikini tops. He said he hoped it would get me fired up. BOIYOIYOIYOING!!! :D

Ok, here are photos of the pre-party area. Foxy, feel free to throw one or more of these links into the original post so folks can see what they'll get.

    1. BEER SELLAR / Hooters, site of the Pearl Jam CCFA Pre & Post Party:
    http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v105/fanch75/Pearl%20Jam%20Cincy%20OH%20062406/?action=view&current=100_1010.jpg

    2. The floating deck/stage area of BEER SELLAR. This is between Hooters (heheheheh) and BEER SELLAR. Notice the stage area where Ten will (I'm assuming) play.

    3. The view of US BANK ARENA from the BEER SELLAR. The BEER BARGE will take us there!

    4. Finally, here is the bridge at which Beer Sellar/Hooters sits at the foot of. Look for this bridge! If you see this (and you will), go towards it and you will find the Beer Sellar:

Note also that the Newport on the Levee Complex (including the Newport Aquarium) are located right beside Beer Sellar Hooters. The Claudaugh's Irish Pub is there; I hear some are meeting tehre on Friday night.

    I second that.... :)

    Damn hooters... :D

I got pissed when Bobby took our boys to Hooters in West Virgina when he was visiting his best friend in '03:

If I ruled the world, then they would walk out to "Red Dot" (a la YIELD tour), and open with GIVEN TO FLY. THey'd close the first set with YESTERDAYZ, and the first encore would be THE NATURAL LIGHT TRILOGY (MFC / LOW LIGHT / IN HIDING).

The rest of the album would be sprinkled here & there.

Easily within walking distance. Maybe half a mile?

    Plus, you are also:

    1) Across the street from THE PARTY SOURCE (you must visit this place. Think a liquor store the size of Best Buy and that's the Party Source).
    2) Immediately beside Joe's Crab Shack
    3) Immediately beside Don Pablo's. Not a huge deal, but a decent restaurant to take PBW with a nice review view.

We'll park at the hotel and walk then...or take some sort of cab/public transport. PBW is still in the sick mode with the pregnancy, so I'm trying to accomendate her.

    I spoke with Julian earlier.

I will be purchasing NATURAL LIGHT at Thornton's on the day of the show. I will bring it in a shitty-ass foam cooler and we'll do our photo-op with 4/5 the YFC Council. We will turn this into an 8x10 and sell at future CCFA Fundraisers.

I'm going to bed. I'm exhausted. 'Night.
