    ps - You can rest on your HS and collegiate athletic laurels for a couple of years (yes, a couple, maybe), but if you're inactive that high metabolism will def go away. If you stay active you're all good, but you can't expect to sit in yo crib munchin on some popeye's, sippin' Ripple everyday and expect to look like you did when you were circling the track on a daily basis.
