They are "donation" tix from what I was told. I am sure all of them aren't but I don't know 100%. I will know in about 1/2 hr. I know there is some setup at donation levels like $1500 is certain proximity to stage w/ meet and greet, then I think it scales down to somehwere around $500 per.

Mmmmkay...maybe I won't be going to portland afterall!!! And i'm surprised that they'd do a meet and greet....from what i believe pj hasn't done them in years! but i guess for that kind of money per ticket, pj should be feeding us grapes and fanning us backstage!

This is what PBM posted on RM a few weeks ago:

Just got this from my contact at the NW Chapter of the CCFA:

    May 18, 2006

    Dear Friends of CCFA,

One of the hottest rock music acts in the world—Pearl Jam—has volunteered to host a CCFA benefit concert on July 20, 2006, in Portland, Oregon. You are invited to join us for an intimate and exclusive evening performance. ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT CCFA.

As most of you know, Pearl Jam’s lead guitarist Mike McCready is a Crohn’s patient and a great supporter of CCFA. His wife, Ashley O’Connor, is in her third year on the CCFA Northwest Chapter Board of Trustees. Together Mike & Ashley have given their time and treasure to increase awareness of IBD and raise funds for CCFA.

General admission tickets will not be sold directly to the public, rather through an online auction site. And, the tickets available exclusively to friends of CCFA are the best in the venue—which holds only 2,800 people.

    - Lead Guitar seats (first few rows) are available for $1,500 each. In addition to the best seats in the house, you’re invited to a pre-show meet-and-greet reception with Mike McCready, a post-party and a special bag of extra goodies.

    - Rhythm Guitar seats (*next few rows) are available for $1,000 each. These seats also include invitations to the pre-show meet-and-greet reception with Mike McCready, a post-party and a special bag of extra goodies.

    - Bass Guitar seats (*next few rows) are available for $500 each. These seats also include invitations to the pre-show meet-and-greet reception with Mike McCready and post-party.

Seats are extremely limited and after the deadline they will not be available to friends of CCFA. Please contact Steve Wright (425) 451-8455; swright@ccfa.org; to reserve your spot by June 9, 2006. Receipt letters for tax purposes will be mailed following the performance.

I hope you’ll join us for an incredible celebration of CCFA and great music.

Well time for the day to come full circle.

From the Philly gossip section of the paper today:

    Lachey, MTV'er Mixx it up

MTV'S VANESSA Minnillo flew in from San Diego to Atlantic City Saturday where she met singer Nick Lacheywho was hosting a party at the Borgata. The pair seemed awfully cozy, we're told, dancing together in the VIP room at the hotel's Mixx club.

Bernard Hopkins showed up to chill with friends and family after pummeling Antonio Tarver at Boardwalk Hall. Among those with ringside seats were Lachey, Jeremy Piven, Oscar de la Hoya, Michael Jordan, Patrick Ewing, Queen Latifah, Allen Iverson, Dr. J, and Iggles Dhani Jones and Brian Westbrook.

Many other Eagles including Correll Buckhalter, Jevon Kearse, Lito Sheppard and Todd Pinkston were also spotted at the Borgata Saturday night, as were Flyers Keith Primeau and Donald Brashear and former Sixers star Aaron McKie, who's now with the Lakers.

Steven Van Zandt, known to Bruce Springsteen fans as Little Steven, or to "Sopranos" fans as Silvio Dante, broke bread Saturday at the hotel's Ombra with Arizona Cardinal Edgerrin James.

So who is this Vanessa Minnillo and would I know her from anything?

I'm finially printing out my labels for the Camden shows and ER 2.
I'm just trying to stretch out the fun.
I wish the art for the Camden 1 discs was a picture of the blond convict.

It would nice of Basecamp to put up the Philadelphia show from last year as a flac. download, not to mention the whole tour..

    I don't think they'll do it.

I'm going to write them anyway.

That whole show just kicked ass. In Hiding, SOLAT, Garden, Rats, Whipping... awesome show.

Inside Job seems to have an extended beginning. I didn't remember that...just that I really liked the whole show. I'm on Porch right now and it kicks ass! The art for these two shows is cool too...the big owl with the forest wings.
