There are two lots directly across from the Tweeter...you go under the parking garage "tunnel" on Delaware Ave. and they are on the left. Lot 2 is the first on that side.

She simply loves the attention that she gets from people seemingly wanting her presence somewhere bad enough that they will try and talk her into it.
