SORRY I wasn't online when tix went on sale but I was at my work computer and they block the message pit b/c it is considered a "chat room". as far as the RV like I said before it wasn't feasible for me to manage it. I was not able to lay out $600 on the RV, plus $500 as a damage deposit and hope people pay up, plus I had nowhere to store the damm thing, it wasn't going to work.
If anyone else wants to volunteer on that be my guest but I don't see anyone else stepping up. So forget the RV it ain't going to happen I'm sorry I ever mentioned the idea. WHATEVA.
Damn man, no need to apologize... I totally see where you were coming from. Fuck the RV would have been some balls to the wall Vince Neil Motley Crue shit but its just not feasible with 100 other PJ fans from all over when your money is involved... enough said.
The tailgate will be historical, like a sit down with the don and all the other families involved. It'll be all the dons in one place at one time for two fucking kick ass PJ shows in the heart of Camden. I mean the RV is history now.. the past is the past and the green tent is the new tailgate spot

JHC. I don't know if you are joking or being serious, look bottom line is all this ticket buying stuff made me stressed out as I'm sure it did for everyone else. tomorrow is Jersey.
I just checked my profile again on tenclub.net to make sure the tickets were still there...:) they still are.
Nice. I seem to remember those girls whipping the Eagles a couple of times this year.
And no, I didn't see Brokeback Mountain - that took place in Montana did it not?
This is going to be fun!
yea you know what. I shouldn't be trash talking this year cuz the Cowgirls did beat up on the EAGLES pretty good twice this season. The first game in Dallas was a blowout, and the 2nd game on Monday night I thought the EAGLES would win but McNabb threw the INT to Roy Williams and the season was over.
I'm pretty sure Brokeback Mountain was filmed in Texas, somewhere close to Dallas. for someone who didn't see the movie you seem to know a lot about it(i.e. where it was filmed!!)
Fanch and I got our tix! This tailgate is going to fucking rock. I think we also need to find a place to go to after the show- maybe a bar over in Philly?
And I might need a lot of them before I sing any Eagles fight song.
Good question.
YUENGLING is actually America's oldest brewery and they make several varities of beer, the most popular is their LAGER. most people in Philly don't even order YUENGLING by name they just order a "Lager".
its great beer. seriously. and it goes well with a WAWA hoagie and/or a PHILLY cheesesteak.

I'm thinking post-game party should be somewhere on South Street. concert should wrap up around 11-11:30pm? then by the time you make it out of the hell hole parking lot in CAMDEN we should be able to get to South Street in time for last call....Jim's Steaks is open until 3am on Saturdays I think which is cool.

The Camden parking lot takes that long to get out of? I think we should be able to hit the bars by 1230ish.

yea you are probably right. I've had mixed experiences with the TWEETER center some shows I get right out, others it takes a while, then there is always the jam-up at the Ben Franklin tolls. yea 12:30 sounds about right....on South Street.
Can't wait, this is gonna be the best Memorial Day weekend ever!! Hope they announce the second show soon!!
Don't think they cann announce a second show now till before or right after the public on sale date..
And yea leaving the Tweeter sucks sometimes and other times is ok.. and the bridge is always a bitch to get across... but South Street by 1 should be feasible.

of course!! and RITA's Water Ice also
I've always been ok with getting out of the Tweeter Center, but then again, I always go right down 295 in NJ, so I've never had to cross the bridge.
and Rita's... everyone always goes nuts over it, but I've never been a big fan.
in high school we used to buy the tubs of ritas and mix it w/vodka for a slammin slushie...that would be good to have on a hot 5/27 day
i can bring pretzels if needed, i will also make food to bring for everyone since i took off of work on the 26th
in 03 it took me AT LEAST 45 min to get out of the parking lot...maybe well have to scout out the area before hand and see if there is a place more conducive to an easier exit...and my vote for an after party is at dirty frank's
ps-there is a bad ass show on the discovery channel right now
pps-when am i EVER really that serious?
"I hear Fanch has a Pimp Cup and loves Kiss. I think that's all that really matters."
My vote for the after-show-party is the place that combines 1) allowing for the most time to hang out there and 2) having a low likelihood that we'll get shot there.
