PJ20 COLORED VINYL lead....

Hi all,
I have just found someone who won one of the PJ20 Colored Vinyl/book/DVD prize packs and is selling.
It is apparently going to be listed on the auction site on Monday or Tuesday. I would buy it, but those of you who know me know that I just bought one (for more than this person wants :( )
They want $1500.00 for it, and the last couple have gone for $1317.00, $1625.00 (mine), and $1815.00
I thought about buying it or making an offer, but can't justify having two - there are other things I'm trying to get :D
Anyway, thought I'd throw it out here, as seeing there are only 500 or so of them, it would be good to see it go to a member :)

    If it was packaged by the same company as the black wax, I wouldn't open it either. Those didn't look so good..

    I would imagine that it sounds the same, but at 500 copies it's pretty rare, and an anniversary album, so collectors should be into it (and are already judging by the prices it's fetching).
    I know a few people who have no problem ripping $200 shrink off $1500.00 Bennys even now ;)
    Anyway, just trying to help, and give everyone a jump on it.
    I know its a lot of cash, but if no one here shows any interest, I might make an offer before it gets to you know where ;) Having 2 of these wouldn't be that bad......

    Well, that was interesting!
    Some pretty un-inspiring comments considering the copious amounts of drooling that was done when people discovered this release.....
    Not that I give two shits, because I already own one, but I think I'll refrain from sharing this kind of stuff from now on. I was just trying to be a helpful community member :roll:

    Just passed up a glow in the dark PJ20 and gonna have to pass this up too, which sucks. Tell them to hold it until this time next year and I'll take it. :D Congrats to the lucky SOB that gets it.

    Not trying to make silly comments or offend anyone at all!!!! That's a great piece to have in a collection and I'd love to own this!!!! Just wish I could afford it! Sorry if I offended anyone at all...that was not my intention.....and yes I have been drooling over these!!

    Cracks me up folk will pay $1500 and no one took the one here a few weeks ago for $900!!

    This is a great item - but as eBay has proved - its not $1500 anymore

    500 is still a large (ish) print run

    I thought everyone knew they made 1,000 white backspacers though? Although it feels like they sold more...

    I thought they did a dozen or so white promos back then. They were flipping on eBay for a grand. Then 10club started selling them here for just $25 viewtopic.php?f=4&t=172330 .. Original pressing. more than 500....less than 5000 . Will wait to see what 10club has underneath their sleeves for us in the months ahead. Maybe we will see some PJ20 colored vinyl for sale here for $25 bucks. Yeah, right!!!

    Thanks for the heads up Aussie. If I had the money I would be all over this.

    If spending $1500 on an album makes some one happy whats wrong with that. Some people spend that on Baseball cards, Wine, and other crap I dont care about. So if spending money makes some one happy mind ur biz ;)
