One of the many times I have ended up on the patio at mid-day at Pat O's I was with my dad (rip) and a couple of my best friends on the planet. What an awesome memory. (Even if we all looked like we lined up to blow a bunch of clowns when we left! That is the worst thing about Hurricanes; your mouth is stained red for the rest of the day.)

anyway....my hurricane story:
Got a Hurricane at the Hard Rock since they served them in the sippy cups that come with a lanyard. Gotta walk around bar to bar with a drink in hand at least once right? So, I finished it, wasn't feeling so good, and got stuck on Bourbon street, trying to go thru all the people...then suddenly some random guy grabs my ass, I turn around and start yelling at him (I am the only female in a group of 4), then some other drunk guy starts stumbling and falling and tries to use me as a crutch...well, I'm a short little person, and I go down...land in the gutter which is filled with what they call 'Bourbon Street Sludge', well just getting that close to the sludge will make anybody start to retch...I couldn't stop. Thank goodness I held it all down...I was able to make a clear path because I screamed "I'm gonna puke!" got the hell outta there, got dumped off at the hotel room for the rest of the night. I think I threw those jeans away.

I have another hurricane story that coincidently includes another Hard Rock. :oops:

I just don't remember the lanyard. nothing says "out of towner" like those giant drinks (them and fanny packs). no offense :shock:
