No you cannot. Mp3s always have those skips between tracks.

...errr... no they don't, or no they shouldn't, AFAIK.

does your burning software automatically add a 1 or 2 second gap between tracks? if you use Nero (for example) it does by default but you can change the properties to change it to a gap of zero seconds.

certainly if you burn the bootlegs downloaded as FLACs there's no skips or clicks
if you burn them correctly... i find it hard to believe you can't do the same with MP3s - but seeing as i only download SHNs or FLACs i can't say for sure...

Provided your burning software doesn't suck, you shouldn't have any pauses or clicks between tracks, regardless the source file format (See the above post about Nero and pauses). Even if you burn an MP3, it's still converted into CD audio format, so the MP3 frame issue between tracks doesn't apply.

I feel bad guys, i uploaded all 3 melbourne shows and brisbane 1 overnight.

All 4 have official artwork and are in 320 kbps mp3.

I just need to upload Sydney 1 (again in mp3), Sydney 3 and Brisbane 2 (again in mp3)

Sorry for those of you who've uploaded shows, i posted late last night that i was uploading these shows overnight.

mp3s are not as "flawless" as FLAC, cause there is an ever so slight hesitation, but yeah, I update and burn using Itunes, which has gapless playback. works well for me anyways...........

Anyone else having issues with the 11/16 Melbourne show? It just sits at the "Loading Download" message on Megaupload. I haven't had any issues with any of the other shows.

I haven't burned anything...just thrown the songs into itunes and played them back on my ipod (that's where I hear the skips). Maybe I can't live with this clicking, it's a bit annoying.

Hate to be a pain in the ass after all the fine work being done here, but there artwork for
ER II is incomplete, the back cover with track listings for discs 2 and 3 is missing... anyone got a link for it ?

We now have EVERY official show from 2005/2006 on the first page. (Once i add Sydney 2 early this afternoon)

There are 2 shows, Chicago 2, and Denver 2 that are still in m4a format, but i will replace those. There are also a handful of shows that don't have artwork. Please let me know what those shows are, and we'll fix that.

Thank you to everyone who helped out w/this thread, we're just about complete.

hey, i havn't read through the thread, so perhaps this problem has been addressed, but i just downloaded the buenos aires/25/11/05 show, and the mfc track is messed up, it skips to the next song half way through, if i skip the timer to past that point, then the entire track will play, but i want to burn the show and am worried that it'll be messed up, sooooo, i was wondering if anyone has a good version of mfc that they could send me? thanks

edit; alive does the same thing :(
