can i ask why you're doing that? its just that changing a raster jpeg to a pdf wont convert it to vector data anyway.. all your doing is changing the file from one kind to another.. i would have thought jpeg would be fine for everyone... or isnt that the case?
just didnt want you to waste your time dude.. but changing a jpeg to a pdf i just couldnt get.. probably a good reason though
Quite simple really, w/my cd labeling program, i've used .pdf files for the labels, disc 1/disc 2 etc, and they print fine. When i tried the first .jpeg from the 2005 tour, it came out green, and looked like shit. As soon as i converted it to a .pdf, it looked fine on the printout.
Now i'm not sure if all labelers are like this, but i figured if they gave you just pdf files for 2006, then it shouldn't be a problem me converting the 2005 artwork.

Hey guys, know i said i'd have the Toronto II FLACs up today but unfortunately work has gotten in the way, so it may be the weekend before i have time to up any more...
Sorry
REMEMBER KIDS....
The Bible is full of lies - Stone is the leader of us all!
God bless you people who upload all these shows for download in zip form. remember the days of DOWNLOADING INDIVIDUAL MP3s!?!??! lol, http://www.presenttense.com was my site. I'd download 30 song shows two songs at a time on my lame 56K internet connection. now i'm downloading huge torrents and awesome PJ zip files while rocking the wireless speed of light connection!
while i'm joking about computers, i should note that the internet was a huge aspect of me becoming obsessed with Pearl Jam. searching for mp3s of live shows and my god there were so many rare songs you could find too, and they were all findable on PJ websites even before Naspter came along.

Do you remember discovering $50 Euro boots at your local record store? How about cassette B&P's? The time it took to complete the whole process was pretty exciting/frustrating!
Do you remember discovering $50 Euro boots at your local record store? How about cassette B&P's? The time it took to complete the whole process was pretty exciting/frustrating!
I remember having a catalog of cd boots you could order from Europe. They were $35 to $50 bucks a pop. I still have a few of them. I would wait for the mail. It always took like three to four weeks! Sometimes they were good quality a lot of the time they were horrible, but I still loved them! It's so much nicer and easier now. I do miss that anticipation sometimes though...

I have to admit that I missed the crowd's chatter from older boots when I first heard PJ broadcast a whole concert live on the radio. The older boots made you feel like you were actually there, but that feeling eventually passed.
Pearl Jam should get more credit for broadcating those live concerts. I remember at least 4 NYC stations broadcasting the ATL 1994 show live...curses and all. It sure felt like a special moment in music history.
Also, NYC's KROCK used to play Pearl Jam songs completely uncensored. As far as I know, PJ was the ONLY band that the station didn't censor up until a few years ago, but then howard stern bitched and the station caved.
For Toronto, i have all PDF, but only 3 pictures, so this might not be the complete set...
Thanks for the uploads. It is much appeciated. Can you upload what you have from Toronto please. I am sure the rest of the pictures will surface soon. Thanks, Dan

And by the way, something which was adressed before: Why is the goal for mp3 320kbit? The original releases were "only" 256kbit. And because with mp3 you can't tell what the source was, so if someone uploads some mp3s which were upsampled to 320 from "god knows what", it might be even inferior to the original 256kbit releases.

Every show i've uploaded has been from an original release. And the 4 shows i bought, E.Ruth 1 & 2, and both LA shows, were in 320 kbps when i bought them. That's why i figured they were all in 320.
