    hi graham muphy here from dublin,ireland. i was wondering could anybody copy some shows for me(flac quality) to cd with artwork?my brothers birthday is coming up and he would love some shows(eg. newcastle and the 2 gorge shows.i could pay through paypal.let me know if any fellow pj lovers can help me out.thanks.

    I've never had an issue w/burning the mp3's, or m4a's for that matter to disc. Even windows media player will do it, and you don't have to convert anything. Just download it, select the tracks, and burn it.

    And w/FLAC shows, by all means, post them. I'll put up both links for any shows that are in both formats.


    I'm going to upload 4 to 6 shows again overnight, not sure at this stage what they will be, i'll see what's needed in a few hours.

    Probably Portland '06 though.

    The 2005 tour is Complete! Thanks in very large part to bostonjim.

    The 2006 tour is nearing completion, w/just need official mp3 of Torino for the full European tour.

    I'll upload Portland, Pittsburgh 2006 tonight, and re-up Sydney 1 and Brisbane 2 (they're both in m4a) And possibly Denver 2.

    I'll take a look and add maybe another show or 2 as well.

    We'll have this by the end of the week!

    They certainly are. The 2005 shows were done in 192 kbps.

    What format is this show in?

    It's a very small file. I've got it uploaded as a .rar file too at 320 kpbs mp3, and it comes to 311 MB w/artwork.

    There's something I don't understand here... how come some boots have a 256 bitrate and others have a 320? All of the European shows have 256 except Arnhem which is 320. The other legs seems to be a mix-n-match as well.

    How did basecamp originally release these? Can someone please explain this? Thanks!

    It depends who uploads them. Every show I've uploaded has been in 320 kbps w/full artwork.

    I'm going to go through and make sure they're all that way in the end.

    256 is fine anyway, but i'd prefer them all in 320 kbps.

    Does that mean people are encoding their FLAC versions at 256 before uploading? I can't see any reason why someone would convert from 320 to 256.

    The vast majority of the shows posted so far are 256 which seems a little odd.
